At Brightwater Care Group, we specialise in providing aged care and disability services to help our clients to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. We’re recognised for our high quality care and rehabilitation services, as well as for our personalised approach, experience and results.
We’re also known for our people. Brightwater is all about people – our residents, clients and families are stars who exchange views, support, and encouragement with each other, with our staff, and with the world at large. Our staff are champions, delivering a consistently high quality of care with enormous generosity of spirit, yet finding the energy to have fun and keep on learning.

After 115 years of care, we’re experts in our field and, as one of the country’s largest care providers, we have the resources and drive to innovate, adapt and empower our clients and staff. Our team members find their roles highly fulfilling and rewarding. We treat our clients the same as we would treat a member of our own family and we also show the same respect for our work colleagues.

Presently we have a great opportunity for an energetic and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our highly regarded Services for Younger People team based at our Oats street site located in East Victoria Park, for a full time position.

Reporting to the Rehabilitation Coordinator, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing appropriate and relevant Occupational Therapy support to our clients with acquired brain injuries. This includes providing assessments to determine individual capabilities; setting realistic goals and facilitating the achievement of these goals. The service is primarily residential and there maybe a community component to your caseload.

On a personal level, you are experienced and dedicated and have an interest and preferably experience in cognitive rehabilitation and a passion for helping others.

You’ll enjoy the benefits of Brightwater Care Group’s excellent working conditions with flexible arrangements, an attractive salary, and salary packaging benefits. So if you share our commitment for delivering uplifting personal care in a supportive environment and this sounds like the job for you, then don’t delay, send us your application before 23 June 2017.
