Reporting to the Service Manager the key responsibilities for this role are:

•Responsible for the delivery of all clinical care services at the site;
•Support the Service Manager to ensure the site operates efficiently and effectively, in line with Brightwater’s Personhood philosophy and values as well as ensuring services are provided according to the Aged Care Quality Standards;
•Observe all aspects of care to ensure a customer focused approach; and
•Support and encourage close working relationships between the multi-disciplinary team.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday, with out of hours and on-call responsibilities.

To be considered for this position, you will be a warm, caring person with a positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for aged care. You’ll also demonstrate excellent clinical knowledge and problem solving skills. It is essential that you possess strong management skills with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team collaboratively. Awareness of and involvement in the operational budgets to support the Service Manager is a requirement of this role.

Requirements:
  • Registration the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • National Police Certificate that is less than a year old
